Sally Davies

Sally Davies moved from Canada to NYC to complete her college degree in 1983, and has lived on the Lower East Side ever since. Sally was actively involved in the historical east village art scene, exhibiting her work with the Gracie Mansion Gallery on Saint Marks Place and went on to exhibit nationally. Her work is in the 9/11 museum in NYC and in the Houston Museum of Modern Art. In 2014 she was awarded a New York City Council Citation for her ongoing “photo documenting” of the Lower East Side. Sally has been a resident of PMHA since 2000.
